COVID-19 Precautions

I am here to help you during this time of sheltering in place and social distancing as a result of COVID-19.

To protect you when you come to my home office, rest assured that all precautions are taken to prevent the spread of the virus. Hands are washed, surfaces are disinfected, and social distances are maintained.

I created a new service that I call Internet Estate Planning that will allow you to complete all your estate planning documents without leaving the comfort of your home. A plan that is customized and personal to you.

I will visit with you, either over the telephone or by video-conference, to ensure that you are comfortable working with me. Our conversation will then center around the problems and issues you want to avoid, problems you may not have considered, and the lasting solutions for your situation.

Only then can we design the details of your Estate Plan based on one of the four models we have developed:

  1. Will Based Plan
  2. Probate Avoidance Trust
  3. Lifetime Provide, Protect, And Preserve Revocable Trust
  4. Purposeful Legacy Estate Plan

After we have designed your plan together, we will set a fee and the terms of payment.

I will draft your plan and send you a letter with information for you to review and verify. This letter ensures that we have the names and dates of all important people correct and the personal representatives properly identified.

Then, I will finalize your plan and send it to you, either in paper format or electronically, after which we will review it together. Once it is reviewed, we will schedule a virtual notarization and it will be signed through video-conference. After that, your plan will be completed and delivered to you.

*If you desire to sign in person, you may come to my home office where all precautions will be taken, as stated above.

Estate Planning

A Different Approach

Learn More About My Story
Being an Attorney with over 45 years of experience in my legal profession, I was tired of seeing the average family constantly get hurt because of:

  • Receiving Poor and/or Incorrect Legal Advice
  • Paying Too Much for Legal Services
  • Paying Too Little for Legal Services Now and Then Having To Pay Much More Later
So I took it upon myself and created a system that was designed to help everyone get the legal help that they deserve.
